An Update, not short, but an update anyway...
Good Morning Obesity Help Folks!
Well, a lot has happened since I posted last time!
Event 1: I bought a digital scale. and I have hit goal weight! I am now at an average of 181 pounds!
Event 2: I have hit ink! The Brooklyn Eagle published my story! it is at http://www.brooklyneagle.com/articles/2015/5/8/brooklyn-man- tells-how-he-went-couch-potato-5k-runner (Link will open in new window)
Event 3: Went to the Endocrinologist. He said the C word with my Diabetes - Cured. I replied with the R work - Under remission!
Event 4: I ran the Brooklyn Half marathon this past Saturday. You can see pictures on my timeline in Facebook.... TTYL!
