We have baseball Saturday morning and my 4 year old's birthday party Saturday afternoon. I was supposed to do the Cystic Fibrosis Great Strides walk on Sunday morning, my best friend's 2 children have CF. But I have a nasty cold and going to an event where there will be CF patients there, while sick, is like the WORST thing ever! Soooo yeah that's not happening.
I have still been having some trouble with getting sick, this morning it was my premier protein drink......WTF Like it was stuck, even though I took FOREVER to drink it. Weird!
B: Premier Protein drink
L: 1/2 cup Fat Free refried beans, 1/4 cup RF mexican cheese
S: Dannon L&F Raspberry greek yogurt
D: 1 poached egg with 1/4 cup RF mexican cheese
Totals: Cals: 560 Protein: 70 Carbs: 31 Fat: 20
Vitamins and water are going down slow this morning since my pouch is still settling down from getting sick when I got to work! UGH
Good Morning! Nothing too exciting on the books for the weekend. Have a quick work day as we head out for a team lunch and bowling this afternoon.
I sure hope that you don't continue to have issues with milk. I couldn't even imagine!

Good Morning All and Happy Friday,
I'm going to see Pitch Perfect 2 with some friends, and I'm super excited about it...I expect it'll be ACCA-Awesome! Then we will go out and get a few drinks. I loved the first movie and my friends think I'm a huge dork, so they're just indulging me, but it should be fun. Good luck this weekend Mamata! I know you'll do great. Also good luck to all those who are engaging in home improvement projects...that's just about my least favorite activity, so I feel your pain.

D - Leftovers, I have some turkey carnitas that are close to going bad, so most likely I'll finish that off and a few ripe tomatoes from my garden, which is very exciting. My first produce of the year

I have no plans for the weekend except to relax before going back to work. Although, the surgeon did call me back yesterday and I will have to have surgery on the hernia so I don't know exactly when or how I will be going back.
Good luck in your triathlon Mamata, and for those doing home improvement provements with your significant others, good luck to you as well. I have found it is better to do projects separately, less friction that way.

AV you are too funny - two go in but one comes out...just finished 75 minutes in the YMCA pool... Those old ladies mean business... Don't mess with their pool territory. I have no idea what I am eating today as I am with my son. Enjoyed my breakfast yesterday ate it again today but then I started dry heaving... What? Ugh.

S: fruit smoothie with Greek yogurt and vanilla protein
