Exercise
An hour a day seems like a lot of exercise for 3 weeks post-op. What are you doing? Hopefully just walking? Can you split it into smaller chunks? Go for a 15 minute walk 4 times a day instead of all at once?

I am doing 40 minutes tops. I guess I could break it up but it seems like I never get to the rest of the walking. Just walking and squats. That's all. The doc said no weights till I'm 7 weeks post op. I have no energy extremely tired. Already back at work I have a 50 lb weight limit shock l which is about what I lift, push, and pull at work! Ugh I'm never going to get all my walking in. .
You are only 3 weeks out. You are being way too hard on yourself which could cause trouble down the line. I did absolutely no exercise until the 7 month mark and at 6.75 years out have kept off 200 pounds. The mental part is most important. Be kind to yourself.

I was very tired at 3 weeks out. I napped a lot and just tried to do some walking every day. No real exercising. Relax!

Sounds like everyday life is giving you some significant exercise! But seriously LISTEN to your body! You are still healing internally, even though the incisions may be well healed on the outside.
If you're tired - get more rest.
Are you getting in the recommended amount of protein? It is your fuel, so put the focus there for a while.
Go with a short walk a few times a day and see what you are actually comfortable with - let your body recover a bit between rather than embarking on a full hour's walk.
Eddie I have a "water routine" that might be a helpful idea to you. It goes something like this:
16 oz in the morning with my main doses of vitamins
32 oz in the car on the way to/from work
Another 16 oz "whenever" - this might be before a meal or in the evening. It seems easy to top off the day. However - you're early out. So you can't "guzzle" water on a break or whenever....just wanted to share what works for me.
