I didn't lose much preop either.  I also didn't feel like I was losing a lot post surgery but when I went for my 3 month check up the doc commented that I was doing better than some of his patients do in a year.  I was shocked.  Since then my loss is even slowing down more.  I guess I just thought it would melt away like some say.  I hope that slow and steady hopefully means that intestines won't get twisted and skin will shrink instead of hanging loose (well that's what I tell myself). :)  Good luck with your surgery tomorrow.  You will be losing before you know it.

I'm hoping for melt away...but like they say-easy to put on, hard to get off :-(

Good luck today!  I lost nothing pre-op, it wasn't a requirement.  I had a good one month loss, probably because of it...who knows.  Either way take care today and sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk :)
