Almost all seafood and fish has great protein counts and low calories so fish is one of my favorites now. Looks to me like you are doing great. Relax and enjoy this amazing journey. And make sure to take lots of progress pictures! I didn't and wish now three years out that I had.

Your numbers look fine. It's great that MFP keeps track of everything, but all I cared about at first was calories and protein. If those numbers are good, all the rest should be ok too.

Until I got close to goal, I tried to make each day very steady. Since I hit goal, I can go higher or lower on individual days, but try to have each week's average be steady. It gives me more wiggle room that way.

Thanks - I didn't like to see the first 2 days be 200 calories apart. That seemed too uneven to me too.

I appreciate the input.

At the dinner table, my DD was jotting down her daily food intake with a pen on a paper napkin.  Excited to share what I learned about MFP here, I suggested it to her.  She gave me a look like, "if you know about it, then it must be outdated information."  Keep tracking and I'll keep cheering for YOU.
