Good Morning!  Tell me, what exactly causes a song to get stuck in your head?  I have been singing Madonna's Papa Don't Preach since like Sunday.  I can't tell you the last time I even heard on the radio, but it's on repeat in my head.  I'm afraid I'll just blurt it out and start singing out loud.  "Daddy, daddy, if you could only see....."  LMAO

On another note, my apologies to any guys who may be lurking today, but I'm supremely frustrated with bra shopping.  Macy's is having a crazy buy one get one $5 sale right now and I was stoked, because I need some new ones like yesterday.  I must have tried on 20 bras last night and none.  of them.  fit.  Well, they fit but looked terrible and didn't do what I want my bra to do.  When did it get so difficult to find a decent bra?  Where do I go to get one that makes my girls look good?  Ugh.

Time since surgery:  Just under 10 months

B:  coffee, a Friendship Fit to Go 1% and smoked turkey sticks

S:  pistachio thinaddictives and a wedge of Laughing Cow

L:  ham/cream cheese/pickle rollups, a cheese stick and some pork rinds.  Nice, right?  LOL

D:  Barber Farms chicken florentine and broccoli

TOTALS:  Cals:  862  Protein:  84  Carbs:  38  Fat:  42

AV, I feel your pain babe!  The girls have gone through major changes over the course of this journey.  My best advice is to go to a real bra store.  Yes, they are expensive but the women there usually are very knowledgable and can fit you into the perfect bra.  I buy one, then go online to buy more (at half the price).  But thats just me.

Tonight I have to pack to leave for Kansas City for my first triathlon of the year and my first since surgery!!  I am super excited but also very nervous.  I am scared I bit off more than I can chew... I guess we will see if I survive on Sunday.

Time since surgery: 10 months

B: Venti coffee with cream and thin addictives with a laughing cow wedge

S: It was employee appreciation week last week so the bosses are bringing in breakfast this morning.  I'm hoping for some healthy options

L: Leftover shredded chicken tacos (no tortilla)

S: 1/2 Quest bar

D: Chicken thigh and asparagus 

S: Kay's Natural Protein Pretzels

W/V: Started (I need to hydrate really well the next few days for my race!)

E: 30 min bike followed by 30 min swim D.O.N.E. (whoo hoo, I actually hauled my butt out of bed this morning)

Totals (without AM snack): Calories 761, Protein 60, Carbs 45, fat 42  (definitely need more protein)

You will totally survive the triathlon!  I have complete confidence that all your training will pay off!  I ran my first ever half marathon on Sunday and if I could get through that you can get through yours.  Good luck!!  As far as bra shopping, I've had really good luck at Soma.  The women are really knowledgeable and I've found that once they measure you, you can then go elsewhere and get bras that actually fit.  Being measured is key!  I've found good deals at Kohls.  Happy shopping!

Good morning all! Doesn't the stuck song thing drive you crazy! For some reason with me, it's always a song that is not really a favorite. And, I have just started singing it out... but only at home. Then, my husband gets the song stuck in his head!  LOL.

And, I agree with the bra thing... I am still bra shopping in my own drawer for bras that I bought and never fit right... now they are but, my girls look terrible. Oh well, something else to add to my plastics list. My new mantra is from the 6 Million Dollar Man...  "We can rebuild her. We have the technology. We can make her better than she was."  When I get done with all the fat loss, plastic surgeries, etc... I am going to be smoking hot!!  But, for now, my boobs look like hanging, empty tube socks! No bra is gonna fix that!  

My menu today is:

B:  ¼ Cup Fresh Cherries

S: 1.5 oz Teriyaki Beef Jerky

L: Walmart Deli Carolina Wings, Mount Olive Kosher Baby Dill Pickles (3)

S:  Dannon Light and Fit Banana Cream Pie Greek Yogurt

D: Shake and Bake Pork Chop (2-3 oz), ¼ Cup Whole Green Beans

S: Yasso Chocolate Mint Bar

Totals:  Calories:  757, Protein:  63, Carbs:  69 (yikes!), Sugar: 36, Fat:  25

Vitamins and Water:  Started

HA!  You are funny, girl!  I tried shopping in my own drawer but the bras that fit 10 years ago when I was this size for a hot second are too small in the cups and I'm spilling out of them.  How the eff does that happen?

I think I may hate bra shopping more then I hate bathing suit shopping!!!  UGH

"Ear worm" songs....oh man!!!  I have had Uptown Funk stuck in my head for DAYS!!!  I will just randomly start singing "Stop, wait a minute..Fill my cup, put some liquor in it...Take a sip, sign a check...Julio, get the stretch" HAHAHAHA

4 weeks 3 days since surgery

B: Chocolate premier protein

L: 1/2 cup fat free refried bean, 1/4 cup RF shredded mexican cheese

S: Dannon L&F greek yogurt

D: 1/2 chicken sausage (we'll see if this is soft enough, I should know after the first bite)

Totals: Cals: 480  Protein: 64  Carbs: 33  Fat: 13

Water and vitamins going down.  Went for a walk last night, maybe again tonight if I have time between work, dinner and picking girl child up from baseball

HW: 328 Program start weight: 309 SW:275.8 CW: 154.6 (12/14/16)
