I think the great majority of folks have little to no problems eating after WLS, it just takes less to fill us up.  I didn't.  You just hear about those with issues pain or difficulty swallowing more, because lets face it, if we hurt we want reassurance, so we post.  For the rest of us its just straight will power...Darn the luck...lol :-)

I'm Jo   HW 245, SW 236, CW 151 Yeah (Normal BMI!!!!)

Like others have said, make sure to stick to your plan and take it easy.  The ONLY time I've thrown up from eating too much was during the soft foods stage.  I had a scrambled egg and felt like I could eat more, so I had some pureed split pea soup on top.  TERRIBLE IDEA.  If you are eating proper quantities, you will not feel any pain or discomfort.  Eating should not equal pain.  Also, the things you are eating right now are "slider foods" meaning they move out of the pouch very easily.  This is a good thing at this stage because you are able to eat and not damage your healing pouch.

Keep a tight leash on your head hunger and follow your program and you'll do great!  :D
