Hunger is irrelevant. Food is fuel. Feed your body.

Missing a meal here and there is usually no big deal. If this is a new pattern emerging for you, it might have very significant consequences. Be careful.

You are getting to the point where a lot of postops develop reactive hypoglycemia. Keep that in mind. You don't want to create blood sugar issues for yourself.
