Chips/pretzels = oh hell no.

Make sure you're following your plan.  At just 3 weeks out, most plans won't let you have anything solid enough to crunch.  Those first 6 weeks were the hardest for me.  Just remember the soft foods are temporary.

The baked cheese chips and the pepperoni are good choices.

Quest makes a baked protein chip.  They're very crisp, but very dry.  I have to have them with something else, like when I have my tuna.  I'll put a little extra mayo in there, and spread it on the chips like a cracker.  But these aren't really an option until you're cleared for the full diet, which was after 6 weeks for me.

Thanks all!  After being on all liquids, (and still liquids for a while), I was just looking for ideas for the future.  I appreciate the feedback!!

In addition to the crunchy cheese snacks suggested, look around for crunchy chickpeas. Saffron Road makes them and I find them at Whole Foods. There are also several recipes online for making your own.

look for Crispy green freeze dried fruit.  It has no sugar added and is about 40 cals per serving.

The ultimate low carb crunchy---Pork rinds- 9 pieces, 80 cal, Fat 5 g, Carb 0, Protein 7g. My husband is doing low carb and likes this once in awhile with guacamole or salsa.
