What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Seriously! It makes me so mad! I mean, I know the activity counts for my BODY even when I'm not wearing it, but there's just something about being able to see my actual steps and active minutes that helps keep me motivated.

I would HATE to not have my Fitbit! Oh and I must share when I was at my meeting last week one of the gals had the Tory Burch silver bracelet and OMG!!!! I had kind of wanted from seeing it online but now that I have seen it in person it is on my list of wants for sure. It's pricey though so I will be waiting a bit.
Oh seriously! I love that bracelet although as you might know I switch to the One after my Flex died and I like it so much more....
Maybe you can make it a prize for yourself? When I was first getting into exercising I did two fifty-gym visit challenges - the first one I rewarded myself with fancy new sneakers and the second a totally over-priced but gorgeous gym bag. I made myself a count down chart and crossed off each visit - it was definitely a good motivator to get me to make the gym a habit.

Yesterday we went to the NH Sheep & Wool Festival! It was fun :) Hubby bought me 4 skeins of really bright yarn that I wanted! I must have him desensitized to how much yarn costs or something. I said, yup I want all four, and he was like ALL of them. When I told him how much they costs all together he was like.....oh PHEW, I thought they were like $50 each! LOL

I have been having trouble with my "solid" foods this weekend (mostly meat), I got sick twice and felt horrible a few times. I am eating slowly and taking tiny bites and chewing well. But they always feel "stuck" and then I get the foamy type stuff and get sick. ugh Guess I should back off a bit from all that.
It is just shaved deli corned beef on bottom of casserole dish, then sauerkraut, then 1000 island dressing, then reduced fat swiss from the deli. Then you bake at 350 until everything is all gooey and bubbly! YUM
Hubby had his on bread, I had mine all by itself
