You can't. Why do you ask?

I would be asking myself, "What has changed? What have I changed so that I'm not losing weight anymore?" As another poster mentioned, eating dense protein will satiate you. My first suggestion would be to evaluate your daily menu (track nutrition counts - protein, carbs, sugars, etc.) and see where you need to make adjustments. Protein first, then non-starchy veg, and if you have room, a small amount of fruit or the like.

Try putting in more information, like surgery date, weight lost, etc. I have the sleeve & am a little more than a year out.My info is in my signature, the surgery I had & date is there too.
The more information you give, the more people can help you. I still feel restriction in my sleeve when I eat dense protein, but if I eat "slider foods" I won't feel it so much & can easily over eat. What are you eating?
