Question about My Fitness Pal tracking

I'm trying to take the advice of a few people here to track on MFP because the other advice I've taken here has really helped. I tracked what I ate yesterday and I don't see where it tracks protein or carbs - just calories. Or am I not looking in the right place? I want to use it fully if I can.

How are you accessing it? Android or apple app or online? It should be under the nutrition tab if you are using the app. If you access via the web, you can change the settings so that it shows you specifically the things you want to track. I find that the easiest way to asses what I am eating because it provides the breakdown per item and per meal. You can also change the meal names if you want to include multiple snacks in one day.

did you go in under the food link? That link, for me opens up a breakfast lunch and dinner format. At the bottom of each heading,b,l,d,there is a total of calls, carbs, sugar protein, sodium for tha meal and then a total for all the meals at the bottom.

I'm using the apple app on my phone. And I just now found it - I didn't see that I could swipe for the nutrients, I was just seeing the calories. Thanks!

If you turn your hone to the side in your food diary, it will show complete nutritional values!

At the bottom of your food log is a button labeled "Nutrition."
