OMG..... Reached my final goal!!!!!! WITH PICS!!!!!
So I am so very excited! I finally got to my last and final goal of 115 pounds (that includes wiggle room for 10 pounds of possible future bounce back weight just in case) I had begun to think I wasn't going to make it to the 115 pound mark because I had been stuck for the last few months and then all of sudden I drop the last 7 pounds in 5 days. I had almost forgotten how good it felt. I can't believe how supportive everyone on this site has always been. I just had a thread yesterday about being stressed about other people's comments on my weight and people here were so quick to reassure me. I know I wouldn't have been able to enjoy this victory if it hadn't been for that wonderful support.
This means that counting my pre-op weight loss I have now dropped over a 100 pounds from my highest weight. Doing this was the best descion of my life. My whole existence is better and brighter at a normal weight. Not just the way I look but my health is so much better now. I have needed knee replacements for a couple of years now due to all the damage I did to my joints and since losing the weight while I'll still need them replaced at some point I have been able to put it off for awhile since the pain has gotten so much better. I'm off all of the meds I use to take and feel better than I ever have in my whole life.
I can't even begin to say how thankful I am for this surgery.
So here is the real proof the before and after photos

I consider myself somewhat of an expert, and yes, you are smoking hot. That's a whole lot of hard work right there. Nice job.

You look amazing and perfectly healthy. Do not listen to the people who tell you you are too thin. They will get used to you at this weight.

Thanks everyone it feels so good to have my hard work recognized rather than to constantly hear how I'm too thin and I'm going to waste away. I never thought I would actually get here. I still have some areas of loose skin but after losing a hundred pounds I guess that goes with the territory. Thankfully it's mostly in places I can easily hide it while I save for plastics. I put off having the surgery for so long because I was a self pay and knew that would eat up my entire savings but I just want to say to all of those fighting with that very decision the only regret I have is that I didn't do it years ago. What an amazing wild ride. All of you out there were the best support network I had. I never posted something that I couldn't get an answer to or find someone who was going through it also. I actually had far more support here than I did from my in person support group. I am approaching maintenance with such an open heart. What a crazy thing life is
