I remembered being overwhelmed too.  It's completely normal. At Duke, I was instructed to drink 2 oz every 15 mins, with the 4th one protein. In 8 cycles, you have 64 oz in, including 16 oz of protein. Yes, I fell asleep (unplanned naps, lol) during the day. A suggestion is to fill four 16 oz containers with fluids (one is protein), to help keep track of your daily goal. I was lucky to have my hubby there to help, because I wasn't able to do some things the first week. At home,I started a chewable multi-vitamin and took a nausea & pain pill every 6-8 hrs. My other vitamins/calcium were started at 3 weeks.

Your post has brought back memories!  Day 4 was my sort of freak out day.  I couldn't do it and got really scared that I never would be able to.  That's how I ended up here.  You are in good company.  Many, many, many, many of us have been there before.  It'll all settle down and you'll get yourself into a routine.  The thing is to find the way it all works for you.  Listen, learn and experiment.  You'll find the pattern that gets it all in the way you can feel like you're not being held hostage to it all.  Don't worry too much!  The suggestions above abou****er first, protein second and the rest later is great advice.  Be patient with yourself!  Best of luck to you!!
