Dealing with a Long Stall??
GWEN----very good point, about the liquids...I know, for ME, unless I'm keeping track, I don't drink as much WATER, as I THINK I do..and I don't flush the "bad stuff" out..especially with exercise (not that I do a lot of THAT bad stuff, of course!)

We Can Do Hard Things
I've heard that the closer you are to goal the weight loss slows down. Maybe you've put yourself into maintenance & don't realize it?, or maybe your body needs time to adjust to your new workout routine. If you're sticking to your drs plan the weight will eventually come off.
You've done a great job so far, since you're so close to goal maybe you should get one of those fat ratio tests that they do underwater. Maybe you're already at a perfectly normal weight?
Sorry it's a lot of maybe's wish I could be more helpful. Good Luck.

A stall that long means you're probably in energy balance or pretty darn close.
If you're just starting serious strength training you may have added a couple pounds of water weight due to muscle inflammation which is completely normal. So it's possible you've lost a couple pounds of fat but it's hidden behind the water retention.
However, if it lasts much longer then sadly you're eating too much and it's time to either scrutinize and reduce, or ease up on the calorie-dense foods.
