One-year surgeversary!

I can't believe a year has passed since my RNY surgery. I am down 134 pounds and feel great. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I am thankful to have a new life! i still have a few pounds to go to reach my goal, but I am confident that I will reach it.

I am going to fix a good meal, take a walk and be happy! (I went shopping last weekend and bought some new clothes--which is finally fun!)
