Make it a great day my friends!
Good morning! Today is day 2 of my low carb back to basics extravaganza :) I'm tired of being stalled, and I think (I know) I've let too many carbs creep in.
Time since surgery almost 5 months.
B: leftover steak, coffee
S: light and fit greek
L: pimiento cheese (made with greek yogurt instead of mayo), raw veggies
S: good bean chickpeas
D: grilled shrimp and veggies
S: cheese plate with tomatoes
Yum carbs. And by that I mean they're the devil and hard to reign in. Good luck, Berry, you've got this!

Seriously! The scale can be such a jerk sometimes and it's so hard to stay off it and/or not let it make/ruin your day. But like you said, you knew this was coming and you just have to stay the course!

I have been weighing daily, BUT its more out of curiosity! I write down my weight every day, and at this point...its just a number to me. But I know at some point (from past experience) it will become a gage on my mood that day! That is when I have to weigh less often and continue to stick with my program :)
