It's been too long....
I am 3 years out this month...life is good but I'm not where I want to be. ...I've maintained a 160 pound loss but want to lose 50 more....I'm refocusing and getting the bad stuff out because unfortunately I let it back in....I'm at 240 but realistically I want 180. just wanting some love :) and hear from you!! I know it's do-able. Just got to get after it!

Sounds like you have a plan! Getting rid of the processed carbs is tough, but after about a week or two your cravings will go away. Protein first and then veggies. Limit fruit to one serving a day. NO bread, pasta, crackers rice, potatoes, sugar, etc. No drinking with meals and wait for at least 30 minutes before drinking. Watch your portion sizes ( they tend to creep up as we get further out). Just get back to basics and you will see the scale move!
