Thanks everyone for all of the comments. I'm working on tracking what I eat in MFP daily so I can see my nutrients and calories regularly. Also working on trying to get in regular exercise - which is more of a challenge for me but I'm working on it.
The main thing I'm trying to focus on is not focusing on the weight loss which seems impossible lol since my whole day revolves around water, vitamins and protein. My weigh in is on Mondays, not daily, and I did gain this week somehow which seems impossible to me too but not focusing on that either.
