Almost 6 years - NSV Still Happens!

I'm working in a new office for the summer and meeting many new people. We were talking about signing up for the company fitness center to avoid gaining what some in the office compare to the "freshman 15."

But then Lisa, who I just met last week, turned to me and said, "Yes, but you're TINY so you don't have to worry..."

(I signed up for the fitness center. And I told Lisa I'd lost a lot of weight a few years ago and was really hyper vigilant about it all.)

And it still feels great!

Good for you! People often don't realize the work that others put into staying thin, so stay vigilant. I gained 50 pounds when I started working in an office, and I just got rid of the last of it.

That is fabulous. I am 3 months out and enjoy the nsv's more than the scale victories.

:) How sweet!

There is a funny Someecard that goes:

Every time I see someone really thing & fit at the gym I get frustrate and say "What are you doing here too?  You're all done!"
