Can you give me some ideas for nonslider foods that it could be used in (i.e. not shakes, yogurt, brownies). I am thinking maybe stir-fry?  Do I just sub it in for peanut butter in receipes.

My husband makes thai peanut sauce with it.  He also adds it to soups (mainly thai) for an extra dimension of flavor.  I like it in protein shakes to cover the taste of greek yogurt (I am very yogurt adverse).  I have also used it in PB cookies (made with splenda and almond flour) with great results.

Can I get your husbands PB 2 peanut sauce recipes?  Seriously, i miss PB but I want to use the PB 2 in real main meals (as opposed to sweets) because sweets (even healthy ones) are a trigger food for me.

PB2 has exploded on shelves everywhere... Target, Walmart, GNC, Food Coops, and grocery stores.  A two tbsp serving has 45 calories, 1.5g total fat, 0g trans fat, 94mg sodium, 5g total carb, 2g fiber, 1g sugar, 5g protein.  The website for recipe ideas is bellplantation.com

I do mix it in my protein shakes when I am on the run. I have sugar -free banana syrup made by Divinci. Sweetened with Splenda so no sugar alcohols. So I make it into a milk shake when I want something sweet. Mix with ice and protein powder also.

PB2 is pretty good.

I bought my first jar of Pb2 last week and have only used it in protein shakes - but WOW, what a difference it has made.  Turned a wretched chalky chocolate flavoured cup of yuck into a treat that I look forward to savouring!!

I mix it with plain greek yogurt and a little sugar/fat free pudding mix and use it for a fruit dip.  I have taken this to numerous parties, and people LOVE it!

I actually prefer another brand of powdered peanut butter called Just Good Stuff powdered peanut butter.  It's made from organic peanuts -- and uses coconut sugar which has worked very well for me when I was an insulin dependent diabetic.  It tastes great!!  So does PB2 -- I just like the stats and ingredients of my brand more.  I love it in greek yogurt, shakes, and in recipes.  I use it for peanut sauces over zucchini noodles to make thai dishes -- and I have made tons of cookies/desserts for my son and husband using the multitude of pinterest recipes that feature powdered peanut butter.
