Fiber &carbs. do you subtract?
Wow I didn't imagine my original post causing so much controversy. It really does go to show that there is a lot of information out there... new, old, confusing! Different things work for different people. The general concensus is that we all did this to be healthier people. Eating healthy is a must. Counting calories, carbs, weighing our food portions can help keep ourselves in check. Maybe we are putting to much on those things in particular. I chose to cut back on carbs the last few days, instead of counting calories, because after really getting some honest feedback on what I a eating I was eating too much carbs in one day. Brown rice, bananas, oatmeal, etc (in the same day). And I had noticed some weight gain. As soon as I decided to get myself in check I simply replaced so much of that with vegetables and protein. Which is the simple rule to follow that I had slowly changed to protein and carbs instead :(
but in just 4 days I have done so much better, I feel less bloated (go figure) And dropped a few pounds! ! I'm still eating good! And I do crave things. It's tough. But this whole thing was suppose to be tough. If it wasn't, everyone should go have it done and lower obesity rates in our country 8(
no, but seriously.
