What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Ok, I seriously need to make a stop at my Walmart and see if they stock these things. Every time I read this on y'alls menu it sounds SO. GOOD.

Hello all! Happy Thursday!
Well it's too soon to tell what my shape will end up as, but I tried on a few clothing pieces that actually fit me and cried at the sight of a re-emerging waist. And I see a hint of collarbone too. LOL seriously, I tried on my Gwynnie Bee shipment and was shocked at the sight of me in a dress. It wasn't as bad as I thought. I also found a few more things in my closets that I can still wear to work - mostly knit tops and items that were too tight before, loose now (and look a lot better). My closet and drawers are mostly empty at the moment but that's ok. I have enough to get by, and I know clothes won't fit me for long at this early stage in weight loss so, I'm holding back. As I said yesterday, I may hit a thrift store or two (or use ThreadUp) to fill in on casual items. I also sing in a classic rock band - we perform every 3-4 weeks - and finding clothes for performing will be a trick! Thankfully we don't perform until Memorial Day weekend so I have time. Boy I'm looking forward to hitting the stage with so much more energy!
Ok, so here's my plan:
time since surgery - 3 1/2 weeks
B - scrambled egg with 2% cheddar stick (grated)
too full for a snack so I will have it later...
L - 1/4 c fat free refried beans, 2% cheddar stick, hot sauce
S - unjury Chicken Soup
D - 2oz pot roast (the eggface recipe), puréed
S - 1/4 c ricotta, squirt vanilla SF Torani syrup
totals: 69 G protein, 25 g fat, 14 g carb, 582 cals
E - 1 mile walk, 15 minute beginner yoga workout
w/v - underway
Off to dry cleanses, and then to donate the bulk of my fall/winter wardrobe to charity!
Cheers,
Christine

137 pounds lost - from a 24/26W to a size 8/10!
It took me awhile to get used to what the new "full" felt like...also I was about 5 months out before I actually felt hunger (god bless those days!) I loved having to struggle to get calories in, that was the first time in my life that was ever a problem, lol. Feeling full was a whole different bag of worms for me, it really takes some patience and listening to your body to figure out what the new full feels like. I'd say I got there around month 6 or so, but we're all different. Good luck!
Collarbones are THE. BEST. I still find myself stroking mine sometimes. Like a maniac....

I've found the same with clothes.. Tight in the waist band and baggy in the legs/butt.
Favorite thing to grill would definitely be chicken breast marinated in Italian dressing then made into kebabs with onions and green/red peppers. The asparagus sounds delicious.
Breakfast: Coffee w/ SF vanilla creamer; Coconut mocha protein shake
Snack: L&F strawberry cheesecake w/ 1tbsp chia seeds & 1tbsp fiber one original cereal; almonds; cashews
Lunch: Deli ham rolled with slice of cheese; light string cheese
Dinner: TBD; hopefully grilled chicken w/ veggies
Totals without dinner: Calories: 810 Carbs: 63 Protein: 78
I hope everyone has a great day!
