What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
I bought this Brita one from Amazon. I've only used it once so far and I liked it. Granted, it was from water from my tap at home, which I usually drink unfiltered - today at work (where the water tastes weird to me) will be the real test, but I'm still waiting my 45 minutes after breakfast to drink! I'll keep you posted.

Thanks, Emie! I get my Fiber gourmet stuff from Netrition.com, great prices and fast shipping. I know crackers have been the downfall of many a WLS-er, but these are a decent alternatives to regular crackers.

OMG, Anny, I found an unopened box of thinables in my pantry two nights ago and it was like freaking Christmas. I hadn't purchased them in forever and I forgot how much I love the things! They are so good! Here I come netrition.com to replace and order :)

I love body pump and have tried body combat in the past its boxing, kickboxing , muay tai and karate mixed in. A great high intensity cardio class!!! I miss body pump especially squats and chest, cant wait to start up again very soon!
Good Morning from warm and sunny California! I need to shop for some new black dressy sandals for Spring-maybe this weekend I will get to that. I did have the worst time finding jeans in the winter-high waist/low waist they all look weird and I am so used to baggy clothes that jeans that "fit" make me feel like I have a wedgy (sorry!)
Your burger sounds amazing and has be rethinking lunch and maybe finding a salad with feta!! I love chicken and steak grilled!
