i just threw up again, 2 days in a row and I am 3 years out. it took months for me to be able to eat anything solid and I continue to be extremely careful, last night for dinner I had 6 oz of plain yogurt with blueberries, after 2 bites I knew ohoh, here we go, and I was throwing for 4hours. today, oatmeal for breakfast went well, salad with 2 oz of cheese for lunch - no problem. dinner tonight = ohoh, made 4 oz of chicken, 2oz ovenroast potato and 4 oz corn, after 2 bites I knew I was in trouble. this really is bad, I don't know what's going on. I really haven't thrown like this for over a year now.  What is going on, anyone else dealing with this so far out?

Have you contacted a doctor about this? That should be your first step.

I have a very sensitive pouch and throw up easily, so what you are describing is fairly normal to me. If I eat too fast or eat the wrong foods, I vomit. If I vomit for two days in a row, I go on liquids or soft foods to reduce the irritation. This is my normal and I'm almost four years out. I do know what foods trigger my sensitivity (any dry meat, rice, pasta, grains, or high fat/sugar items), so it isn't as if I throw up a lot anymore. However, as this is new to you, I would recommend you start with your doctor.

I'm soo sorry you are going through this, and I wish I could say it will stop.  I am 6.5 years out and still have this issue!!  I have trouble with eggs, chicken, pork, steak, milk, & sugar-free products. Big Meals with protein kick my tail!! I've had this issue since day one, they even went in one month out to stretch my pouch a little cuz I could not even keep water in.  Mal-absorption is a big issue too.

I hope things get better for you, don't give up keep fighting...God Bless!!
