Surgery is over

I had my bypass Wednesday. He ended up repaiiring a hietal hernia and another one but there is one more left to repair at a later time. He also removed the gallbladder. Very sore, but there is a weird sporatic pain in my upper left shoulder. Could that be gas? I'm thinking it is. Anyone else have this side effect?

I had surgery Tuesday 4/21. My left shoulder hurt yesterday but feel a little better today. I assuming it was gas

My surgeon told em that it was gas, but also the pain was caused by the drain. Once he removed the drain most of my shoulder pain went away.

They also tip you in a position that later can cause you to have shoulder pain . The worst is behind you,welcome to the loser bench

I'm three weeks out, and i suffered through that terrible shoulder pain for a week and a half. Hang in there,  it will get better!
