Fingers crossed I think the scale is finally moving!!

Ok, I think the scale is finally moving again! It has been a long 3 weeks but I think it's rolling again!!! Praying it keeps rolling down now!!

Congratulations!  Good job sticking with your plan, even when the scale doesn't move!  It can be so frustrating!

yes! The scale is a fickle friend, so it is exciting when it starts to move again.

Thank you everyone!!! I am just 6 weeks out from surgery and not seeing the scale move for 3 weeks has been heartbreaking. But I had no temptation to not stick to my plan. Still on soft foods and I have not been sick at all and have not had any issues with my eating. I am determined to not do anything to cause me to get sick with my eating. I thank these boards for all I have read about the stalls early in the journey!!
