Your hunger may be back.

I don't feel hunger even at 20 months out, but I eat 6 small meals a day at regular intervals.  Maybe try to eat small amounts every few hours to keep yourself full?

When my hunger came back I accessed my eating and found too many carbs.  I went to more dense protein and hunger went away and never returned.

You may be thirsty. Many times when i am thirsty - it feels like hunger. Even 7 years post opp.

Drink more water, warm tea, proteins.

Thank you for echoing what I have thought lately about my own cravings.

I've also found that my hunger gets much worse if I slack on vitamins.  I was starving last week for a couple of days so I upped my multi-vitamin to three each day for three days and I feel much more stable again.
