HELP, scared, disappointed, plain just freaking out!
Hey Brandy, I'm a newbie just like you; I had my surgery on 4/6. I have no experience to share. But you have made some mistakes and hiding them from your team isn't going to help you succeed - and may actually be putting your health at risk (see WhiteDove, ChiliPepper and other vets posts above).
I hope you'll call your nut or your surgeon ASAP Monday morning and get back on track with your tool. You've come here and made the first step toward accountability, which is great! but now you need to ensure you haven't harmed yourself, and then get back on track. You can do it!

137 pounds lost - from a 24/26W to a size 8/10!
Everyone has given you good advice. You should listen, and STOP experimenting, testing, and pushing limits.
Surgery isn't magic. You will always be able to eat enough to gain weight. You need to find some way to stick to a good plan. I would get to a therapist as soon as possible.
Good luck.

Just because you can eat that much doesn't mean you should!!!! Your surgeon gave you instructions to follow and you are choosing to ditch those rules just "to see if you can". This is DANGEROUS as the others have pointed out. Measure your 1/4 cup of food out and STOP EATING. You will never feel hunger the same way again. You should never eat until you feel "full". Needing that "full feeling" is how we got obese in the first place. You eat what you measure out and no more. You seriously need to re-think what this surgery is about. You will have to put a lot of time into thinking about what, and how much you are eating. It's YOUR responsibility to police yourself and follow the rules your surgeon gave you.
Hunger is NOT an emergency. You won't starve if you don't feed yourself as soon as you feel hunger. If you are taking your vitamins, you will get enough nutrition. You must get at least 60 grams of protein daily. Don't drink with your meals or for 30 minutes after.
Your new plumbing will make a lot of growling noises. Don't mistake the rumbling tummy for hunger. It's NOT. What you are hearing is the intestines reacting to undigested food. Make sure you are taking a PPI like Prilosec or Nexium. Excess stomach acid can mimic hunger.
You are not doing yourself any favors by experimenting to "see if your surgery worked". You trusted your surgeon to re-arrange your guts, now you need to trust him enough to follow his program. He's done a lot of surgeries and knows much more about what works than you do.
Get back on your program TODAY!
If you want this surgery to work, you have to play your part. This is not easy! Almost everyone has to fight food demons. But so early on, this really is NOT the time to test your limits. Not only will you not lose weight, you may do yourself irreversible harm.
