My skating coach has one and so does my best friend at work. The thing is creepily good at determining mileage. We wakled an underground concourse and it KNEW that it was 0.25 miles per lap.

They have the HR models.

I have a polar heart rate mnitor for exercise and now I want a fitbit after looking at theirs!

Totally addicting once you get on a streak too! I've had 10,000 steps and over 5 miles a day since mid-October and I have been known to stay up later to get the last 500 steps as to NOT BREAK THE STREAK!!

Love my fitbit!  I also got the Aria scale by them and they link, so every time I hit a 5 lb wt loss goal it sends Kudos to me on my phone!

LOL, the only negative is my Hubby never takes his off and when he golfs, the fit bit has a glitch so the golf cart rides count as steps and stairs so every Sun, he gets credit for a gzillion steps and hundreds of flights of stairs...How can I compete with that????  Way Bogus Fitbit...way bogus!!!

I'm Jo   HW 245, SW 236, CW 151 Yeah (Normal BMI!!!!)

M1=213 (-23), M2=201 (-12), M3=186 (-15), M4=175(-11), M5=166(-9), M6=157(-9), M7=153(-4)

Completely recommend it!  I used it before my surgery and have mine back on my wrist now.  It isn't only great for tracking steps and activity, it is also good for tracking your food and your sleep.  I think you will like it.
