NSV-what are you grateful for
One of my biggest is being able to go up and down the stairs without thinking about it. I live in a 2 story house.... I would come down in the morning and not go back up until I went to bed at night. Crossing my legs... going down a ring size (hadn't thought about that one until I went to buy a ring) , skinnier feet - still a size 12 but now 12M..... Shopping in the regular department... Went from a tight size 26/28 to mostly larges/16's and some XL.... Who would have thought???? Exercising most days and making a point to do it. Finally discovered this winter my rebounder trampoline that has been in my house for 4 years. I never used it because I could only do 5 minutes. Now I do 45 minutes....

What a great post to read through!!! Very uplifting. My biggest NSV so far has been riding a roller coaster that I couldn't ride with my daughter last year. I feel stronger, healthier and so much more confident with my shorter hair (another NSV), oh and stopping blood pressure meds. So thankful for this site as well-helps to have other people to turn to that have been there!
