What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
1 cup reduced fat peanut butter (reduced fat gives the right texture)
1 egg
1/3 cup splenda
Mix it all up - it will turn from ridiculous, how could this be right, to OH! cookie dough! Just stir until it looks right.
Make into balls and press into pb cookie shape with fork, just like normal cookies. (They won't flatten out by themselves, so press them into the shape you want)
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Makes 12-15.
These are not low calorie, because peanut butter isn't. But they are really good! I easily only eat one at a time.
I've seen these recipes before, but never knew anyone who actually made it. What brand of reduced fat PB do you use. I have never bought such a thing...

9-Acre-Woods ... sounds like it should be a Winnie the Pooh story. Went last night with my girlfriend (one of my closest) to the seminar for my surgeon. We have always been partners in dieting. She had considered it last year when I did, but her insurance had an exclusion. I think seeing me lose the weight has inspired her to try again, insurance changes every year... and she has a big check coming in and is even considering self-pay. As she put it..."We don't think twice about spending $40,000 on a car...why not me." Went this morning for my labwork - have an appointment with the surgeon for 9 month check-up. Can't believe 9 months. Went next door afterwards to the Chinese foot relaxation massage place and had an hour of bliss.

Hey Everybody,
Yesterday was cloudy and rainy last night but the temp was about 60 so that was kind of ok, not. I was reading on here and everyone was talking about sunny and warm WTF ? Today however it is sunny but the temp is about 61 suppose to go up to 68 hopefully. My fingers have been so cold yesterday and today, except after my shower. I am also wearing a sweartshirt. I can't keep warm. Even my nose is cold. Anyhow...
I had a garden at my house sectioned off. I have also bought a large pot and planted outside on my balcony in an apartment complex. I like to plant chives, basil, and rosemary, bell peppers, zuchinni.
My menu is going to be kind of funky the next couple weeks since I am adding food groups in 2 days at a time to see how I do. So like today, my menu is needing more protein.
6 1/2 months out
B 2 sl turkey bacon, slice of sour dough bread, peanut butter, coffee
L sea pac breaded butterfly shrimp(7), ****tail sauce
D french bread 2" sl, turkey ham
S may have to add shrimp ****tail or fish to get more protein
See a wheat theme here?
Cal, 703, Prot, 32, Carbs 48, this is a total without a Snack added in.
W/V started
E rest day
Have a nice day, glad its sunny here I really miss it when its gone.
