Thigh sag/excess skin "fix"- dance tights!
So I was at the rink picking up some used adult skating dresses/skirts.
I was bemoaning the fact that skating dresses are short and I have cellulite and thigh sag after losing all this weight. The young adult (17-college age..she TEACHES my class) goes " No problem. You arent going to it with your skating tights on".
This echos what an adult (over 40) synchro lady in Richmond told me. I told her I like the dance length (i.e. longer) skirts that synchro ladies wear cuz of my thigh sag and she told me, "you dont see it with your skating tights on. If you do, put on a SECOND pair).
Sure enough. Skating/dance tights range from semi transparent (40 denier) to totally opaque (100 denier). You pick the coverage.
They may be "hot for summer" but what is one going to do? Not wear dresses? Live in fear of wrinkly thighs?
So I am going to give it a whirl.
A typical skater/dance tight brand is "Mondour" or Mondor...
