Have you ever eaten too much by accident?

This is the 2nd time I have and the excruciating pain is really bad that it hurts to walk.  I am trying to breathe through the pain but it hurts sooo much.

Yeah, you have to rethink your eating patterns.  That is why many people use a baby spoon to eat...As a reminder.  Many people take 30 minutes to eat 2oz early on.  A reminder, if your nose starts to run or you get the hiccups...Do not pass go, do not collect $200.  It is a way for your pouch to tell you it's full...Listen to it!!

I have. Even though it doesn't make sense, a heating pad on high helps me feel better.

Unfortunately that how we learn to slow down. Eating slower allow our body to give us signals before we overeat.

For me walking was one way that helped.

12 years later I still occasionally eat too much and I pay dearly. I don't go out to eat often but when I do , I ask right away for a take out box and put half the food in the box before I eat. Talking and eating with friends it's easy to do. But the take out box works for me. My husband still today tells me to slow down. I used a baby spoon for months. Good luck
