I recommend you follow your surgeon's plan for you.  What fruit does it say you can eat?

There's a lot of carb superstition in this community but very little of it is backed by science.  You should feel free, once allowed, to experiment and enjoy all the fresh, whole fruit that nature has to offer.  Carbohydrates do not inherently prevent weight loss.

The diet plan indicates light canned fruit (rinsed and pureed) and banana. It's not specific of what kind? I'm assuming frozen fruit pureed would be the same.

I am almost 13 YEARS post RNY, and UNDER goal..so maybe I know some stuff...I know what works, for ME, at least..

I do not DRINK my fruit...EATING an orange is so much more satisfying, and will not produce the
sugar HIGH, that often results in a sugar LOW...plus I need the bulk/fiber...I RARELY eat bananas--fill me up, too quickly, and just too many calories...I often use FROZEN berries, in place of ice, in my protein shakes. That way I get flavor, etc, and the shake doesn't ge****ered down..

Greek yogurt? YOU BET !!!!
