Dumping question.
2-3 months out. I had two bites of birthday cake (with a sugary frosting) and ended up puking off a toddler high dive for potty training.
NOT the highlight of my life.
Definately among the greater "Lowlights" of my life. :)
If I could recommend ONE thing, DONT decide to test whether or not your are a dumper at a restaurant, ball game, or birthday party.
I can tell you about puking after Lobster bisque in a fine restaurant, holding up the handicapped bathroom for like 30 mintues, and having a giant line of VERY ANGRY disabled senior citizens (who had CANES IN THEIR HANDS) later. That is indeed ANOTHER lowlight! Although an entertaining one...

For me I believed I dumped for probably the first year without really knowing for sure, when I did have something with too much sugar I get very queasy almost as soon as it starts and when it happens the thing that may help is lots of ice tea and lemon, when thats not possible I have had to lie down for a half hour I felt so sick, heart racing and general misery. I deveop RH from too many carbs eaten alone, with typical sweating, shaking scary blood sugar crashing symptoms. It's all about limits, pray you really do dump it will help you walk the straight and narrow much easier.
