Dumping question.
I was 4 months out. I had two small bites of pumpkin pie filling at Christmas dinner. It was a Marie Calendar's pie, which I now know is LOADED with sugar (as opposed to the pumpkin pie filling that I had two small bites of at Thanksgiving and was fine with because it had only 1/3 the amount of sugar).

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
I'm 4 months out on Friday and I don't think I dump. I don't eat sweets except the occasional small piece of dark chocolate. I did have one s'more when I was on vacation. I planned for it all week. lol Anyway, I stayed close to the hotel just in case, but didn't have any problems. I did have one episode of reactive hypoglycemia after a high carb/low protein meal that didn't have any sweets at all. I haven't repeated that. It was terrifying.
8 months. Until that time - I limit my intake of sugars to 5-8 per serving...
For me It was combination of milk in my coffee and plain yogurt for breakfast...I also discovered I dump on milk sugar..(not to be mistaken for lactose intolerance) ...
