Using My Fitness Pal
I haven't reliably tracked my food in a long time - but facing up to some significant regain (1/3 of weight lost) has me back in line. I've started using My Fitness Pal app as a tool for tracking, and DO recommend it!
I started by tracking my weight only....now have added food. I've learned some things! After 6 years, I have never counted calories - and see now that my calorie counts run very consistently at 950-1100 calories/day. I can see that eating out drives my sodium intake up dramatically. I can see that a tbsp of peanut butter may not be worth it after all - better stick to PB2!
A great tool for maintenance!
