As great as a discount would be, you will want a surgeon who specializes in the body contouring required for patients who have lost a ton of weight :( But maybe he has friends :)

I visited Macy's last week too and came home with two dresses. They tried to sell me on a beautiful Ralph Lauren dress but I am a tightwad so I went cheaper and got two dresses for less than the price of the one.

Hi all. Beautiful day today in Illinois and Lily and I are looking forward to our walk here in a few minutes. I will also do two more miles on the treadmill and 2 minutes on the bike. Weight today at 119.2. On track with vitamins and fluids too. Here's the food plan: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with nuts and half a banana with peanut butter L 31/2 oz meatballs with 1/2 c sweet potatoes D 31/2 oz cheese filled chicken breast and 1/2 c steamed broccoli S Greek yogurt with granola. Have a great hump day everybody!

Good Morning! Enjoying some crisp clean air after our rain yesterday! 

I want to shop for some new Spring items as well-I am dying to get a white lacy dress.

Time since surgery:  Just shy of 8 months

B: Skinny latte with soy, egg beaters, spinach, broccoli and cheese scramble, some berries and a clementine (anyone notice a pattern here?!?!-I will eat it until I am sick of it)

L: Quest peanut butter and jelly bar and a handful of snap pea crisps

S: L&F strawberry yogurt with chia seeds and a handful of pumpkin flax granola

D: P3 turkey pack and egg whites

S: Cinnamon and raisin thin addictives with a laughing cow light swiss wedge

E: 1/2 hour of stationary stepper

Totals: Cals: 930 Protein: 74 Carbs: 86 Fat: 36

Good Morning Everyone,

Things have been crazy at work, and my internet time has been limited (not cool)!   I hope everyone is doing well, and yeah for baseball season!  I'm so excited for this time of year.

I am embracing the fact that I have had a couple of back to back very small pouch days.  I have no idea what's causing it, but I'm hoping it last for a month :)  My menu is a little scattered as a result

Time since surgery: 14.5 months

B - 2 string cheeses

S - Krave jerky

L - We are going to Jimmy Johns, but I'll probably get an "unwich"

D - Book Club, but I usually eat before I go, I have some left over ham and chicken in the fridge, so whichever of those strikes my fancy tonight (who am I kidding, it'll be the ham)

W/V - On track

E - quick 30 min weight training video tonight before book club

It totally is!  I bought the variety pack from Amazon, but I think I like the cherry and the chili lime the best and luckily I can get both of those at Cost Plus :)

Hey All,

AV I started the post late yesterday, I hope I didn't step on your toes. 

I need to get a couple of dress's I can wear daily around the house/running to the store, cheap I hope.  We will soon see.

6 months out

B  4 sl turkey bacon

L  rotissouri chicken

D  steak

S  chicken, ? ,  I didn't add the protein shake because I didn't drink it the last couple of days

Cal  799, Prot  72,  Carb  4

V/W  going down not a problem

E  biking 1.5 hours, half done

Love Macy's clearance rack. Great deals, and I love that you can always return things with the tags on it. SO it I see something and it doesn't work out when I get to that size... back it goes.
