Back again
Hi all! I joined OH almost exactly five years ago when I was investigating weight loss surgery. It was cool to be able to read my posts from back then!!
Sad thing (or a good thing depending on how you look at it) is my weight is the same as it was then. Of course it's been up and down in the interim, but that was thanks to a horrible battle with graves disease, so now I have no thyroid.
The big change is.... I've finally committed to having wls. I've got my pre-op clearances, insurance approved me, and surgery is scheduled for 4/28. I am so ready and uber focused!! Pre-Op diet will start 4/14. I've got the support of my husband, kids, sister (successful vsg), niece and cousin (successful lap bands). I look forward to getting to know everyone again!!
