I got on line and saw that the post wasn't up and thought I would start it. I hope AV won't mind.
I have now lost 101.4 pounds. I am so happy. Secretly it makes me want to exercise to lose more. I am still obsessed with getting those 10,000 or more steps in daily. My new daily goals for steps is 12,000.
I don't have a daily question for you all. Sorry

Whoo hoo to 101.4 lbs! You are doing great! This has been a whirlwind of a day. My Badgers lost a great game last night which made my daughter cry (seriously sobbing) but this morning is a new day. We are all so proud of the players and coach and are just happy we got to go along for the ride.
I have an epic workout ahead of me tonight. I will be at the gym for 2.5 hours. First a 17 mile bike ride followed by 2800 m in the pool. I will be exhausted when I am finished but I can sneak in some extra easter candy today ;)
Time since surgery: 9 months

L: Leftover taco meat, refried black beans, and beanitos

Lots of great victories today guys! Congratulations!! Rainy stormy day here in Illinois today so Lily and I will probably not get a walk in. She just gets too nervous with the thunder and lightening. We got her a thundershirt and it does seem to be helping. I will do 3 miles at least on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the bike. Weight today at 118.8 and on track with fluids and vitamins. Here's the food: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with nuts and half a banana with peanut butter L 31/2 oz baked cod and 1/2 c sweet potatoes D 31/2 oz serving of meatballs with sauce 1/2 c sweet potatoes S Greek yogurt with granola. Today is my 9 month Surgiversary. I have lost 115lbs so far and have 52lbs to reach my goal. As part of the reflection for my anniversary, I am posting my food here for the first time!
