Man. I wish I had your problem.

I am 5'6"..139 lbs and still got some fat on my thighs (in teh cleavage section of them..hanging skin WITH fat...sigh).

My body just waits for me to goof up now. SOmedays, I have gained a pounds and dont know why.

What IS your secret. I am keeping low carb and small portions.  I eat meat and nonstarchy veg. I lift weights and run. Anything else I should be doing?

I can relate..  2 years post op I reached my goal, and even though i was just barely "normal BMI" due to my bones and muscles I was - felt too skinny.  I wanted to gain 10 lbs .. but gained more like 25..and then had problem stop gaining... ugh..

now - I have to work very hard to lose 5 lbs..
