What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

My weekend is pretty boring. I am going to clean the house and open the windows and air out the house. I am not going to cook. I am going to make my husband take me out somewhere I can wear a dress. I actually will get dressed up even if it is a dump. I know silly right?

I am going to get my feet done and chill on Sunday. As soon as it gets warm enough I am going to the beach I can't wait. 

B:Coffee a piece of bologna and cheese with a sugar-free pickle I know sounds gross

S:Hard boiled egg

L:Chicken parm that was not breaded and salad

D:Pork tenderloin and a small sweet potato 

S:Cheese stick

Water is in vitamins are in. I am in a pissy mood. I think the sun needs to come out.

Posting late today due to a busy morning. Lily and I did 3 miles at the park and I will do another 2 on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the bike. Post op 31 months and weight at 119.2 today. On track with vitamins and fluids so far and here's the food: B 1/2 c steel cut oats with nuts and half a banana with peanut butter L 31/2 oz meatballs and 1/2 c sweet potatoes D 31/2 oz pork loin and 1/2 c sweet potatoes S Greek yogurt with granola. Have a great day everyone! These storms have been wreaking havoc on poor Lily. She trembles and quivers with the least bit of thunder. It makes me sad to see her so scared!! We got her a thundershirt from Petco and it seems to be helping somewhat. She still loves to walk though,even when she hasn't had a good nights sleep!

Hi All,

AV, I think another post covered my ideas for the baseball park.  Hope you have fun and the weather stays nice.

Karen, my dog does the same thing in storms.  It is a cloudy and stormy day here to.  I want the sun  

My weekend is going to be exciting for me.  I am walking a 5K on Saturday.  I may jog really slow for a minute then walk, but mostly I will walk it.  I go to sign up for it tomorrow morning and pick up my number etc.  Boy, I never thought I would see the day I did a 5K walking or running, it wasn't even on my radar last year.  I go to dinner with a friend Saturday night, probably a steakhouse so I will be able to eat on plan easy enough.  Sunday I am going to try to sleep in, visit a friend and of course stay on track with the food and exercise.  I would also like to go to Old Navy and grocery shopping.  Sunday not so exciting but it will do.

L  half of a sirloin steak from Apple Bees without the butter they cook it with on top, out to lunch with a friend

D  rotissouri chicken

S  more chicken, it is a good thing it is one of my favorite meats.  Steak- the other half, and I need to add some calories so I may eat some left over ham

Cal  590, Pro  75, Carbs  2           Can't wait to add foods back in.  Sorry so late it is 7:15p.m. here in Michigan

Late entry for today again but I like sharing with all of you and being accountable. Today has been crazy busy because of my dad's transfer from the hospital to the nursing home. Praying that rehab will make it so he can come home.

 

B1- Chike Protein Coffee 

B2- L&F Greek Yogurt Raspberry Chocolate

 

Lunch- Quest Lemon Cream Pie & String Cheese 

 

Dinner- Daisy 2% Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup  and iceberg lettuce with Skinny girl basalmic vinegar dressing 4 TBSP

 

Snack- KIND Almond & Coconut Mini      W/V- All done with both      Exercise- 1 hour on treadmill

 

Calories- 647  Carb- 61g  Fat-16.5g  Protein-74g
