PB2, What??
There's a bunch of different brands (PB2, ChikePB, Great Stuff, etc.) some have varying ingredients & fat content just watch for ones that add stuff. It's defatted (as much as they can, 85%-90%) peanuts... so corn starchish texture, peanut flour.
You can bake with it... just made a batch of protein mini muffins today. Mix it in Greek Yogurt to dip apples. Mix it in oatmeal.
