pre opportunity diet
Hi I'm about 4 days into pre opportunity diet. I have been having 2 protein shakes and 3_4 oz of chicken I have been spraying a pan with Pam adding some onion and peppers but what I can't seem to find out is can I add a,sprinkle of salt or seasonings??? I know lemon and vinegar allowed but nutritionist won't answer my calls. So can I add anything like salt or dash of low sodium soy sauce???any advice past two protestants and sugar free jello would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you in advance!
