pre opportunity diet

Hi I'm about 4 days into pre opportunity diet. I have been having 2 protein shakes and 3_4 oz of chicken I have been spraying a pan with Pam adding some onion and peppers but what I can't seem to find out is can I add a,sprinkle of salt or seasonings??? I know lemon and vinegar allowed but nutritionist won't answer my calls. So can I add anything like salt or dash of low sodium soy sauce???any advice past two protestants and sugar free jello would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you in advance!

I would assume, that the salt would be ok in small amounts because. There is sodium in the protein shakes so clearly sodium is allowed at least in small amounts.

Mrs. Dash's offers a variety of salt free seasonings that are really good! Also try a touch of salsa - very low in calories and adds a lot of flavor!

Double check if you're not sure - and read the label on any salsa you use. Good salsa is almost 100% vegetables and natural seasonings, and is very low in calories.
