Checking In! It's Been A While!

Hi All,
It's been a while since I've posted.  Just wanted to wish all who are just starting this journey, or those who have been on it for a while, to keep working!  Don't get discouraged!  They payoff is WELL worth it!

I had my RNY surgery June, 2013.  So far, I am down 109 lbs!  I feel and look GREAT!
