Your doctor may want to do other tests but this elevated level is likely the stress on your liver from the rapid weight loss - it will right itself once your weight loss slows.

Ditto what Kim said.  Elevated ALK is related to fatty liver and rapid weight loss can cause a high ALK.  It could also be a sign of vitamin D deficiency or Hypothyroidism.
