Hi all. I am home and trying to get used to small sips. That is a big thing for me. Between my regular meds, pain meds and vitamins, I am definitely feeling full! Those sips need to continually happen. Crazy.

Welcome Home!!! Yes after taking my meds I feel full also. I always have something to sip on by my side when it's not the 20-30 minutes before and after when I eat. Some days I can get the 64 oz in and other days not. Still working on it. I will be 3 weeks post-op on Tuesday.

Definitely do NOT neglect drinking water or staying hydrated.  You can give yourself some bad problems if you dry out, so yeah, sipsipsip!!
