Does anybody else eat while watching "My 600lb Life?"

Chilipepper, I was the original poster. I am SO sorry if I came off as judgmental. I truly was not meaning to. I really root for the ones on the shows. I always hope and pray they will find their health, not just lose the weight, but real honest to goodness be healthy so they feel their best physically so they can feel better mentally. When we are unhealthy as I still am (fighting for the health as well as weight loss) our mental view is much darker. Because physically hurt and pain just weigh on us as bad as the actual weight does on our bones and joints. I put what I was eating as I watched the show that night to show that I was not meaning eating a bag of doritos as I watched the way I probably would have been doing the year before my surgery. There are MANY days it is a struggle to eat foods that is best for the body. I was simply meaning that to watch this show, as well as others of the "struggle with weight" variety HELPS KEEP me choosing healthier foods. I never meant that it grosses me out, and I choose healthier because I am judgmental towards their choices. I still make bad choices, most people do at least on occasion. I know for myself that I did not get to be over 400 pounds by making only good choices at all times and never having a goof up. I messed up all the time. I still mess up at times. If I did not have the opportunity  to see shows that remind me of how hard it is, that I am not alone in my own struggle, to be encouraged by others having much the same struggle, I would fail in my attempt now as I have in the past. It helps me to be reminded that even if I do have a day I goof up and make poor choices, to get back up and brush self off. It may have been poor choices for that time. BUT others find the strength to do better, I can too. I hope I did not come off as conceited in this post. I honestly did not mean too. I hope I have not offended anyone, I was not trying to, really. If I offended anyone at all, please know I am sorry for doing so. I was trying to explain that these shows help me to keep on my path, I "borrow" strength from the ones who have been brave enough to put their struggle on camera for the world to see. I could never be that brave, so I borrow some of their brave to try to help myself. I'm sorry I guess that this whole post sounds conceited. I don't mean it to. I guess I will just go for a little walk and try to get a bit of exercise in then goof around with my grandsons who are visiting for the weekend. Yes, that would be better than eating my emotions for offending people by what I guess was a thoughtless post I originally made. I am sorry for any offense if any was taken. It was NOT on purpose, simple human stupidity on my part. Sorry again.

I don't know how I got to be 322 pounds. I could have kept on going and going. My life before was sad also. I sat back and watched. I didn't do I was watching my life go by. 

I know can actually can do things now.
