It is a favorite around here!  I normally do it with black beans also, but trying to stay really low carb on my pre-op diet.  So no beans for me this time.

I also normally use plain greek yogurt for sour cream, but again, the low calorie thing is preventing me right now ;)

Hello, I have been tracking my food here on my health tracker however I never share.. IDK why not...?  so here it goes.

B Premier protein shake

S mozzarella cheese stick

L Asian chicken salad (home made) 3 oz chicken- grilled, diced, 2 c mixed baby greens, diced cucumber, minced red onion, and Newman's Lite sesame ginger dressing,  YUMMO!  side of 2 TBSP hummus and sliced cucumber for chips,

S2 pistachios single serve bag. Coffee w/ sf/ff creamer ( I work 12 hr night shift)

D 1/2 c cottage cheese and 2oz deli Cajun turkey

water w/lemon

S3 ( if I need it)  will be yopliat 100 cal yogurt.

I usually grill chicken 2 times a week for me and the family, I keep it on hand for lunches, dinner...

I always pack more food than I can eat in a day, my "sleever" friends and co workers  all laugh at me and ask how much I return from my lunchbox to home.. it is usually most of it. LOL

The journey has finally started!! Lily B~
